We develop site specific safety plans tailored to the unique nature of each project. Each client has differing safety requirements based on their operations. We work together with you to assure the correct controls are in place before work starts and through the project.

Together with OSHA

We continue our partnership with OSHA in the Build Safe Partnership Program in Region 7. In the program we work cooperatively together with OSHA to address the safety and health aspects of our work.

Together with Subcontractors

Safe work by our subcontractors is an key part of a safe project. We work together with subcontractors to plan and coordinate work so it can be safely completed.

Together with Each Other

Our experience modifier (EMR) has been a credit to our worker’s compensation premium for several years. The EMR is a workers' compensation insurance safety performance factor based on three years of loss experience.

This success results from our comprehensive and fully implemented safety program. The efforts of our people working together to safely complete projects have earned Foley Company the Mechanical Contractors Association of America Safety Excellence Award for Zero accidents.
