Greg Rodenbeck, Vice President of Finance and Administrative Officer - Responsible for administrative functions of the corporation. Supervisor for the Accounting/Payroll Department and clerical staff. Coordinate interaction of all departments. Personnel director and administer SBA and EEO programs.
David D. Hoover, Vice President of Water/Wastewater Division - Twenty-nine years of construction experience with the emphasis in water/waste water treatment and concrete placement. Responsible for overall administration of multiple projects including developing schedules, project personnel management, subcontracting, submittals, billings and other duties as is typical for the position.
Management Team
Jack Hausback, Division Manager - Nashville, TN: Commercial, Industrial, Water/Wastewater & Power - Seventeen years of construction experience with an emphasis in power generating facilities, central utility plants, industrial and commercial mechanical systems. Responsible for execution of all commercial,power, water/wastewater, and industrial projects for Foley Company's Nashville office. Assists Project Managers in developing schedules, project personnel management, subcontracting, and submittals coordination.
Steve Hinshaw, Division Manager: Commercial, Industrial & Power - Eighteen years of construction experience with an emphasis in power generating facilities, central utility plants, industrial and commercial mechanical systems. Responsible for companywide execution of all power and industrial projects for Foley Company. Assists Project Managers in developing schedules, project personnel management, subcontracting, and submittals coordination.
Mike Gillard, Project Manager - Twenty-four years of construction experience. Emphasis on industrial, commercial, mechanical and central utility plants. Responsible for overall administration of multiple projects including developing schedules, project personnel management, subcontracting, submittals, billings and other duties as is typical for the position. Oversees operations of all pipefitters.
Ed Long, Project Manager / Facilities Manager - Thirty-six years of construction experience in general and mechanical construction.
Jerry Drummond, Project Manager - Twenty-five years of construction experience with the emphasis in complex plumbing systems including water/waste water treatment, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants and large commercial. Responsible for overall administration of multiple projects.
Darrin Smutzer, Project Manager - Seventeen years experience working in the project management and construction industry. Vast project management experience on both small and large projects in the healthcare segment. Dedicated to managing and developing project staff. Responsibilites include project estimating, contracting, project accounting, to quality control and personnel development.
Willie Cammisano, Project Manager - Twenty-three years of Construction Experience focusing on industrial and commercial mechanical systems and central utility plants. Responsible for overall administration of multiple projects including developing schedules, project personnel management, subcontracting, submittals, billings and other duties as is typical for the position.
Bret Faris, CAD Project Manager - Ten years of Construction Experience focusing on preconstruction cost estimating, design verification and field conflict resolution. As CAD Project Manager, Mr. Faris is responsible for preparation of conceptual project estimates, budget vs. design cost control, value engineering and interdisciplinary coordination. Mr. Faris is involved in the project from Foley Company’s initial project involvement through construction completion. Additional responsibilities include oversight of Computer Aided Design which entails oversight of coordination drawings and clash/conflict resolution.
Estimating Team
Clint Hayes, Estimating Manager, Water/Wastewater Projects - Clint is responsible for managing the estimating of water/wastewater projects at Foley. These projects range in value from $50,000 to exceeding $30 million. He spent the last seventeen years estimating and performing project management responsibilities in the water/wastewater industry. His experience in project management enables our estimating department to effectively determine contract construction values, schedules, and subsequent direction of crews and subcontractors. His engineering design background enables him to understand how the entire system works and how lower cost methods can be used to achieve the same final product.
Heather Cowley, Estimator - Heather is responsible for preparation of conceptual project estimates, budget versus design control, value engineering and interdisciplinary coordination. She is involved in a project from Foley Company's initial project involvement through construction completion. Her responsibilities include mechanical takeoff, subcontractor coordination, and vendor pricing.
Dan Tylski, Estimator - Dan has over twenty-five years of mechanical estimating experience with emphasis in the water / wastewater industry. He has estimated mechanical projects involving water / wastewater treatment plants in conjunction with large structural / flatwork concrete projects. His experience ranges from estimating to project management.
Mark Kidd, Estimator - Twenty–four years of construction experience. Primary responsibilities include estimating large projects, contacting subcontractors and suppliers, and coordination of final estimate summary. Additional responsibilities include value engineering, conceptual budgeting and overall interaction with the design team, owner and/or prime contractor.Safety
Jim Kahlfeldt, Safety Director - Twenty-seven years of safety experience influencing safety of employees, property and the public for a variety of operations. Responsibilities include overall design, direction and implementation of corporate safety program for a $97M per year industrial construction company. Mr. Kahlfeldt also performs safety assessments and training relative to targeted loss control goals. Service
Eric McGhee, Service Manager - Eric has been in the Mechanical Service Industry since 1985. His duties include daily oversight of service operations, service sales operations, quality assurance and technician training.
Jim Dahlin, Service Sales Manager - Jim has been in the Mechanical Service Industry since 1986. His duties include estimating and project management for HVAC service as well as installation and engineering.
